Physical records are stored in locked cabinets in secure locations.
Records are destroyed securely (shredded, burnt & permanently deleted) when no longer required.
Clients may request access to their records in accordance with privacy laws.

Restrictions ~ You may not copy, share, sell or reproduce materials without express written consent.
No Guarantees ~ Results vary. Your "success" is personal and depends on your application of the content.

Refund Policy

Re-Creation Coaching Ltd (“I”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers the following refund policy.

Payments for coaching sessions, retreats and packages are due in full before services begin.
Refunds are only provided at the discretion of our business management, where required by law.
Cancellations are not offered but you may reschedule your session any time within 365 days.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours.
For online offerings no refunds are available once accessed.

Social Media & Online Communication Policy

Employees, contractors & collaborators must ensure that all communication on both personal & professional social media accounts is aligned with our code of ethics.
Confidential client information must never be shared online & any testimonials or client related content shared will be with the explicit permission of the client.
Professional & respectful language is required in all online communication. "Swear words" may be used but within appropriate contexts.
Employees, contractors & collaborators must not engage in disputes or negative commentary related to us on social media.
