Hello & Welcome to...

WITH

What Is Re~Creation?

At age 33, I faced my own mortality while end-of-life caregiving...

Spoiler alert!

I didn't die.

Not yet anyway.

While helping my grandmother navigate the end of her life, I tried to prepare for the potential of my own in a way that wasn't just paperwork and passwords

(or as I call it... Life & Death Admin).

And along the way, I discovered ways to let my death transform from the

monster under the bed, to the mentor lying in it.

The result?

Uncovering what truly matters to me.

That's what I've come to call The Death Compass.

The directions I live my life by... as I remember I will die.

Along the way, I have re~created my life around them.

So that I can live what is left of it fully & leave it well.

Are you ready to discover yours?

Want To See The Adventure?

My approach to prepping for death was a little... different, to say the least.

But it was definitely more deeply human than only paperwork.

I did dive into preparing practically with a 'Peace of Mind' planner...

But I also wanted to explore, contemplate, navigate & prepare for my death

mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually and relationally too.

I've had the honour of working with people around the world who are diagnosed or dying, helping care for those who are, grieving those who have, and people like me who are done pretending they aren't going to die one day.

Why Work With Me?

If you're still here...

You've read my (draft) living obituary for this one chapter of my life.

Congratulations!

The adventure above may look neat & tidy, like most obituaries usually do.

But living it felt anything but... like most real lives do.

I hope you can see that I've personally lived this & continue to do so.

In my own wild, weird & wonderful way.

We can still do the life & death admin together... don't worry.

But we can also talk, walk, paddle, draw, plan, design, dream,

record, write, explore, move, breathe & grieve together while we still can.

Less confusion. More clarity.

Less crisis. More calm.

Less chaos. More care.

Just a safe space to be incredibly human.

Sound good?

You've now discovered how I came to find my own compass.

These are not only the directions I discovered mattered most to me, but were also the four main invitations that still existed for my Nana on her deathbed.

I figured that seemed like pretty important directions to follow for

living fully & dying well.
